Burcu Alatepeli, who is a graduate of Çukurova University, Department of Business Administration, worked as Foreign Trade Specialist and Foreign Sales Coordinator in different companies until 2015. Alatepeli, who completed her  master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management at the Faculty of Industrial Management at Çukurova University, is still doing her doctorate in Business Production Management at the same university.
